Bathrooms are one of the most popular remodeling projects we complete at Construction Marketing. For over 15 years, we have provided bathroom remodeling and renovation services throughout Roanoke, Smith Mountain Lake, and Southwest Virginia, helping homeowners transform dated bathrooms into beautiful, comfortable, and functional spaces.
As an experienced General Contractor and bathroom remodeling contractor, we can take an outdated bathroom and completely transform its appearance, functionality, and comfort. Many of the bathrooms we remodel begin with aging fiberglass tubs and showers, dated vanities and countertops, worn flooring, limited storage, and fixtures that no longer meet the homeowner’s needs or style.
Today’s bathroom remodel can be dramatically different. Custom tile showers, frameless glass shower enclosures, updated vanities, quartz and granite countertops, tile flooring, improved lighting, modern plumbing fixtures, and better storage solutions can transform an ordinary bathroom into one of the most enjoyable rooms in your home.
From Outdated to Outstanding
Take a look at our bathroom remodeling project photos to see what’s possible. Every bathroom shown on our website is our actual work for local customers—never stock photography or another contractor’s projects.
From updating a smaller hall bathroom to completely transforming a primary bath, our goal is to create a finished space that complements your home and provides the appearance, functionality, and quality you’re looking for.
If you’re considering bathroom remodeling in Roanoke, Smith Mountain Lake, or Southwest Virginia, contact Construction Marketing to discuss your project and discover our “Unique Approach to Construction.”
| License | Single project/contract | Total work in 12 months |
|---|---|---|
| Class C | Over $1,000 but less than $30,000 | Less than $250,000 |
| Class B | $30,000 to less than $150,000 | $250,000 to less than $1 million |
| Class A | $150,000 or more | $1 million or more |
The financial and testing requirements vary greatly between these classes. A Class A license requires the greatest financial stability and more rigorous testing than the other classes. We are also insured with General Liability and Worker’s Comp insurance. Most contractors carry General Liability insurance, but many are not required by law to carry Worker’s Comp. This can result in your homeowner’s policy being liable for damages if a construction worker gets hurt during your project. We eliminate this concern, which gives you peace of mind while we are at your project.
Our Residential Construction Services range from porches and decks to large additions and remodeling.
