They did a great job on our recent deck construction project. They tore down the existing deck and built a new one in place. They also added a new usable area underneath, which was fantastic. We had them install a pergola on the upper deck, and we have found that to be very useful in breaking up the aesthetic of the deck. They also did a very good job of billing us, and we’re clear on expectations and what was included in each bill

Cannot say enough good about these folks . Met the salesman , gave him a rough idea of what we wanted . He returned following week with design guy . 2 weeks later had plans completed and agreed upon . Wrote agreement , established tentative start date and hard completion date . Gave them down payment and signed agreement . They were able to start early and completed early. Good communication throughout project from project supervisor. Crews were very professional and knowledgeable. These folks are certainly not the cheapest , however you do get what you pay for . We are very happy with the completed project. If you want it done right this is the comp

We needed to replace a 25+ year old deck and sunroom. Working with everyone at Construction Marketing was pleasant and straightforward. Eric, our salesman, met with us several times and helped us make selections on many aspects of the design. One item that concerned us was how to get this project coordinated with a landscape project already started. Our project manager, Jason, coordinated with the landscapers and everything came together without any issues. We are very pleased with how everything has turned out and look forward to enjoying our new deck and screened in porch.

We recently hired Construction Marketing for a comprehensive renovation of the main level of our lake house (main bath, laundry, kitchen, pantry, powder room, and mudroom) as well as for upgrading the hardwood floors throughout the first and second levels, updating the banisters/handrails and two fireplace surrounds, replacing piers/posts under deck, and adding new windows. The experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The whole team was extremely responsive throughout — emails, texts, and calls were answered same day…

We have used Construction Marketing firm for several large projects. The foreman is professional, courteous, and always available to answer questions, and those attributes contribute to the positive working relationship with subcontractors as well. And our results have always been A+.

After an extremely disappointing experience with a previous contractor, Construction Marketing turned my deck rebuild project around very quickly. From the beginning they were honest, professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. They not only started a little early, but they removed a massive amount of debris the previous contractor left onsite. They turned a nightmare and stressful situation into a pleasurable and very easy transition. They completely transformed my lake house deck and stairs. The attention to detail and quality of their work are exceptional. The crew was hardworking Even my neighbors mentioned how hard they worked everyday all day.

The best construction group I’ve ever worked with. They did what they said and on time with the whole project. They had some issues with one of their suppliers but it wasn’t there fault. Even with the issues the project was taken care of on time. Would highly recommend them.

Construction Marketing did a fantastic job on our project. This was the second time we have used them. There is an attention to detail and their commitment to satisfying the customer is as good as I’ve ever experienced. It’s not cheap. But with our two projects we ended up with exactly what we had envisioned and that really makes it worth it. I will always choose Construction Marketing to do our remodeling projects.

We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Construction Marketing. Their team is very professional and detail oriented. They were great to work with every step of the way. Our new porch is even more beautiful than we imagined. Most importantly, or project was on time and on budget – we could not ask for anymore!

Two projects: Renovated a kitchen and a new deck, screened in gazebo with storage room. Both are beautiful! They were very respectful of my home and property. Never felt an intrusion while the work was being done. Projects were done in a timely manner. I always knew what to expect as the work progressed. AND the work is fabulous! Little details addressed, good suggestions offered on things I may not have considered. They know their stuff!
